My experience

Over the past 10 years, I have acquired expertise in engineering and R&D across several sectors, including recycling, maritime, aeronautics, and aerospace, working with major companies in Quebec and France. I have collaborated with numerous engineers and technicians to develop their projects and modifications to various machines and equipment. This experience has allowed me to gain a strong understanding of machinery, equipment, conveyor, and prototype modeling, as well as various drawing standards. Modernization project plans, machine safety plans, control panel layouts, and the correction of outdated plans are now second nature to me.

My experience as a draftsman and designer makes me a versatile individual who is committed to delivering impeccable results. Training in mechanical production machining:

This training allowed me to acquire knowledge in machining, to understand the operation of conventional and CNC machines. It also gave me knowledge of CAD, technical drawing, and CNC programming.

- Prepare the manufacturing operations :

  • Define the sequence of machining or turning operations to be performed based on the plans for the part to be machined.

  • Specifies the cutting parameters (tool feed speed, etc.),

  • Establish the CNC machine program for the least complex parts

  • Selects and installs the tooling, mounts the part to be manufactured onto the workpiece holder,

  • Prepare the measuring and control equipment.

- Implement manufacturing and control operations :

  • Make the necessary adjustments,

  • Create a first draft and make any necessary corrections.

  • Start manufacturing.

- Production monitoring and maintenance :

  • Ensures the smooth running of production,

  • Contributes to improving manufacturing processes,

  • Make sure you adhere to the established schedule.

  • Performs geometric and dimensional checks on the parts produced.
